How to install your signature in an email client

Copy your signature with the "Copy signature" button, then follow the guide for your email client.

Tip: always copy the signature with the in-app button — it preserves formatting and images.

Gmail

  1. 1In Elementy Podpisy, click "Copy signature".
  2. 2In Gmail, click the gear icon in the top right and choose "See all settings".
  3. 3On the "General" tab, scroll to the "Signature" section and click "Create new".
  4. 4Name the signature and paste it into the field with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
  5. 5Below, set the signature to be used for new emails and replies.
  6. 6Scroll down and click "Save Changes".

Images in the signature load from the internet — recipients see them automatically.

Outlook (new and web)

  1. 1In Elementy Podpisy, click "Copy signature".
  2. 2In Outlook, click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right.
  3. 3Choose "Mail" → "Compose and reply".
  4. 4In the "Email signature" section, create a new signature and paste it with Ctrl+V.
  5. 5Select the signature as default for new messages and replies.
  6. 6Click "Save".

Applies to new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web and Outlook for Mac. In classic desktop Outlook, paste the signature via File → Options → Mail → Signatures.

Seznam Email

  1. 1In Elementy Podpisy, click "Copy signature".
  2. 2On Email.cz, click the gear icon in the top right and choose "Settings".
  3. 3Go to the "Signature" section.
  4. 4Paste the copied signature into the field with Ctrl+V.
  5. 5Save your changes.

If the signature pastes without formatting, check that HTML messages are enabled in settings.

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. 1In Elementy Podpisy, click "Copy signature".
  2. 2In Mail, open Mail → Settings (Cmd+,) and the "Signatures" tab.
  3. 3Select your account and click "+" to add a signature.
  4. 4Paste the signature into the field with Cmd+V.
  5. 5Uncheck "Always match my default message font" to keep the formatting.
  6. 6Close the settings — the signature saves automatically.

Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad)

  1. 1On your iPhone, open the shared link to your signature and copy it.
  2. 2Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature.
  3. 3Paste the signature into the field (long press → Paste).
  4. 4If the formatting gets simplified, shake the phone and tap "Undo" — full formatting comes back.

iOS Mail has limited HTML signature support — complex layouts may get simplified.

Thunderbird

  1. 1In Elementy Podpisy, click "Copy HTML" (the second button).
  2. 2In Thunderbird, open Account Settings.
  3. 3For your account, check "Use HTML" next to the "Signature text" field.
  4. 4Paste the copied HTML code into the field.
  5. 5Close the settings — the signature saves automatically.
